FarrowFitness was built for women who want more - more energy, more strength and more confidence, but with less confusion, less pressure and definitely less restriction.

My coaching isn't about quick fixes or unsustainable plans. It's about giving you the tools, guidance and support to feel proud of your body and your progress without giving up the foods you love or spending hours in the gym.
