About Me
Hey! I'm Charlotte.
If you told 16-year-old me I'd become a Personal Trainer, I'd have laughed. I hated P.E. at school, had no confidence in my body and didn't think fitness was for someone like me.
That all changed when I discovered weight training during Covid 5 years ago. I started with home workouts or going out for a run. When the restrictions lifted I took myself into the gym with absolutely no idea what I was doing.
For a good few months I was confused and stuck to cardio as the weights section and machines scared me. I then I dedicated my time to lean everything I needed to transform my body and confidence.
This was when I knew this was MY THING!
I suddenly found the confidence to start training with real intent and implement everything I was learning. I could see changes in both my body and my mind - I felt stronger both physically and mentally.
This experience is exactly why I started FarrowFitness: to help women - especially those who feel stuck, clueless or intimidated - realise that fitness can fit into their lives. That you can feel strong, happy and healthy without punishing yourself!
