All 1-2-1 Personal Training Sessions are based at NRG in Stowmarket, Suffolk.
These bespoke training sessions are based on your ability, preferences and goals.
I provide weekly support and accountability between sessions and progress tracking so you can see how far you've come.
My 1:1 training sessions are a fun, motivating space where you'll feel supported, never judged.
What to Expect:
You'll get my full attention and support in every session. I'll be there to guide you through exercises, correct your form and push you just the right amount. My sessions are designed to build your confidence in and out of the gym - especially if you're just starting out or feel a bit unsure.
We'll lift weights, move with purpose and most importantly, have fun while doing it.
Expect honest coaching, laughs and sessions that actually make you look forward to training!
